As we mark our 10-year anniversary, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to each of you who has supported Pilates of Pasadena throughout this incredible journey.

We began with hope, excitement, and a bit of uncertainty — and over the years, we've weathered many challenges together, from COVID, to plumbing issues, nearby fires, and the loss of dear friends.

Through it all, our commitment has remained strong. We're proud to have a dedicated team of skilled Pilates instructors, a physical therapist, and a massage therapist who continue to support your wellness journey.
