We’re excited to announce our upcoming Pilates-A-Thon to benefit Union Station Homeless Services at the studio on Saturday, November 8th beginning at 9:00 AM!
What to Expect:
Every 15 minutes, three participants will enter the studio and begin at one of four stations.
Every 13 minutes, the bell will ring and you’ll rotate to the next station.
You’ll complete all four stations in just under an hour for a full-body, challenging workout!
Early registration opens to our P/oP family on Tuesday, October 14.
General public registration begins Saturday, October 18.
